The North American QA Layer for Middle East Projects

All five Gulf markets — Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman — operate within an API and ASME standards framework that directly validates North American inspection credentials. API 510, API 570, and ASME Section IX are explicitly required by major regional operators including Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC, Bapco, and PDO.

Norman QC provides two complementary services for Middle East projects: remote document review for WPS/PQR packages, ITPs, and material traceability records; and on-site source inspection at fabrication facilities at defined hold points. Both services produce signed PDF reports usable for client QC records and operator compliance submissions.

Technical documentation across all Gulf markets is prepared in English. All API, ASME, and ASTM standards are English-language documents. WPS/PQR packages, ITPs, MTRs, and inspection reports are all prepared in English, making remote review from Edmonton fully practical.
